Create a “3rd Place” where locals and visitors can come and enjoy being. There is limited retail, but you can expect a handful of dining venues, a village green that is always active with kids, musicians, and daily fun, as well as places to start new businesses, collaborate, and connect. It’s a minor compliment to downtown and other beloved places on the island, but not a replacement. Locals want places to go, and our location gives thousands of residents the opportunity to walk, bike, or take a very short ride to Sea Grove.

If you believe in Sea Grove Village, share the good news. We will always keep you up to date with the latest drawings, maps, and plans. There will be resistance, like there always is. Remember, there are 3 choices: No Development (Not Realistic), Bad Development (There are great examples of this), and Thoughtful Development (What Sea Grove Is! ). Everything in the strategic plans for Nassau County & City of Fernandina Beach calls for mixed-use connected communities. Sea Grove can not only be a great new neighborhood village to spend time in, but it can be a great example of how thoughtful development can and should occur on Amelia Island.

The Location
We love maps and hope you do too! This isn’t your typical map, and we encourage you to revisit it frequently, as it will evolve with new information as we have more details on future retailers, floor plans, walking paths, etc. If you want to get really nerdy, download the Land ID App and if you hit the “locate me” icon, it will show you exactly where you are if you are on property with the map.
