John has called Fernandina Beach home for seven years, building a life here with his wife and two sons. With a passion for placemaking, historic architecture, and creating meaningful connections for owners, John has helped develop two new towns—an experience that gives him unique insight into how people interact with retail, public spaces, and diverse housing, and the importance of meeting people where they are in life. He leads sales, marketing, and PR for Sea Grove, working closely with owners, builders, architects, and designers to bring the village vision to life. Beyond Sea Grove, John and his wife are the founders of Cabana Lane—a full-service brokerage, interior design, home building, and developer consultancy.
